Our Easter Garden...

easter2

The night before, I had stopped at the store and bought a few new Spring flowers...the house down the street has been so inspiring!

Sooooo....as Daphne and I try to decide what lucky pots are going to get a few new flowers...I suggested we really should make an Easter Garden!

"Nana", "What is an Easter Garden?"

Precious time of telling the "old, old story" as we dig and poke our new flowers in Grandma Bee's basket!

We went on quite the hunt for just the right branch...hopefully it would have some little branches going off to the sides...trying to resemble the cross.

"But Nana, why did Jesus have to die like that?"

Next we began the search for a rounded rock...that looked something like the tomb...

 "Nana", "What is a tomb?"

ahhhh...sweet moments of trying to put the "old, old story" into words that a six year old can grasp!

and on the third day...

He Is Risen Indeed!

this Nana was sooo blessed....

we ran out of time...but we want to make a little path to the "tomb"...
This is what you call....A Sweet Bouquet!
Special time with a grand...sharing the greatest story ever told!
