A Little Visit...

This week our wonderful Daughter-In-Law, Domini, is visiting Israel!

This has been a dream of her and Nate's, since they have been married. Nate has been over twice, the first time with our daughter Michelle, Mike, and I...eleven years ago.

We can't believe it has been that long...
probably because we feel like we left our hearts there. :)

I just couldn't help looking up some pictures today, so thought I would share a few and take all of us on a quick adventure!

I love this first picture of this darling front porch...we were walking along these cobblestones in Joppa...
headed to Simon the Tanner's house.

This next picture is what first greeted us when we arrived at our hotel in Tel Aviv...they promised we would not miss this Mediterranean sunset...

it was spectacular for sure!

Here we are walking on the Mt. of Beatitudes on the
Sea Of Galilee...
can you spot the mustard seed plant? :)

The beautiful Dead Sea...and truly we did float in it!!

In this picture we are on the Mt. of Olives,
overlooking the Eastern Wall.

A graveyard has been placed in front of the Eastern Gates, which have been walled up...but we know that will not keep Him from coming one day thru those gates.

You can see the grove of trees to the left, behind the Eastern Wall, they are on top of the Temple Mount. Domini's tour group, from our church, are hoping to visit the Temple Mount.

The gorgeous sunset in Joppa,
the beautiful wild flowers on the Mt. of Beatitudes,
the port where Jonah tried to flee from the Lord,
and all of us so amazed by the trip we had been blessed with!

We have never read God's Word the same!

Hope you enjoyed this quick trip!

I could have posted 600 pictures...or more! :)

We are thinking of Domini and our friends on this trip often...
knowing they are being so blessed!
