I LOVE seeing Christmas again thru a child's eyes! I loved every year as a Mom, experiencing it with my children...and now....the blessing of experiencing it with a grandchild!
It is so lovely to SLOW down....take EXTRA long to decorate the tree.....re-tell the Christmas story of long, long ago MANY times as we put up the wooden, cut-out manger scene that our special friend John made long, long ago! LOVE IT!!! Buy TWO bottles of sprinkles to decorate those cookies....because they just taste better with MANY sprinkles on them! Watch the eyes get oh so big when all the little white lights get turned on....and so many other SPECIAL things that make Christmas so wonderful in our hearts! May you be blessed as you await His Birthday!
